Renew Books, Review Your Account
First, log on to Patron Info and enter your Cornell ID and Last Name. (If you cannot log on, contact the service desk for assistance.)
- To renew your books: put a checkmark next to the items you wish to renew, or choose "Renew all items from Cornell University Library" from the pull-down menu. After the renewal has processed, be sure to check the entire list of books for renewal status; some items may NOT have been renewed because of recall requests or other situations. Contact the service desk if you have any questions.
- To check the status of your requests: any requests you have made for Cornell Library owned books (recalled books, Annex requests, library-to-library delivery requests) will display in the Requests section of your Patron Info screen. Please note that Interlibrary Loan, MyDocumentDelivery and Borrow Direct requests will not display in this section. You can check the status of those requests by logging on to the web sites of those pages.
