Printing

• Net-Print- Two Net-Print printers are available (PHYSCI Library Net-Print 1 at $0.09/page, PHYSCI Library Net-Print 2 color at $0.25/page).  To register or check your Net-Print account go to the CIT Net-Print page http://www.cit.cornell.edu/net-print/
• Vendacard- One printer is available for use with Vendacard debit cards which may be purchased in the library.  This printer is local to the psllib7 station and costs $0.10/page.

Photocopiers

• Black and white photocopiers are available in the Photocopier room.  One copier is equipped to make double-sided copies.  All operate with coins, or Vendacard debit cards which may be purchased in the copier room. 
• Additional account services are available at the Eastern Copy Products office, located in the library in room 279 Clark.  See this office to resolve disputes, or purchase Vendacards with Cornell procurement cards.  The office is staffed 11am-1pm Monday-Friday. 
• LASSP photocopier is available for LASSP personnel, and is accessed with a key code.  Contact Nick Brown (255-3988) for more information.

Public Computers

• Kiosks- The majority of computers in the Physical Sciences Library are kiosks.  These provide access to the internet, and allow you to view, but not edit, documents (such as Microsoft Word or PDF documents) 
• Productivity Computers - Two full productivity computer stations are located along the eastern wall of the library, near the photocopier room. These computers include full Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Bear Access DVD/CD drives, and CD burners. A scanner is also available.

Laptops

• Two laptops are available for 3-hr loan periods.  Laptops may not leave the library.  Wireless connection to the internet and Net-Print printers is available throughout the library.  Laptops run on a Windows operating system, and inlcude Microsoft Office and Bear Access, and DVD/CD drives.  Floppy disk drives are also available for loan.  For a complete list of laptops and computing resources available in campus librararies, see this page for more information...

Wireless

• CIT's Red Rover Wireless access is available throughout the library.  Accessing Red Rover on personal laptops requires registration (guest registration is available), more information...

Scanner

• One scanner is available for use with the productivity computers.  It is located along the eastern wall of the library, near the photocopy room. 

Microfiche reader

• A microfiche reader is available to view and print the library's microfiche and microfilm collection.  To print, a Vendacard must be used (as for photocopies).  Vendacards may be purchased in the photocopy room. 

VHS station

• One VHS station is available to view VHS cassettes.  Headphones may be checked out at the Circulation desk.

Other equipment available for loan

• Digital Camera- A digital camera is available to be charged out for one-week periods.  It is held at the Circulation desk.
• Calculator- A scientific calculator is available for 2-hour loan.  It is held at the Circulation desk. 
• Headphones- Headphones are available for 2-hour loan.  They are held at the Circulation desk. 
• Magnifying glass- A magnifying glass is available for 3-hour loan.  It is held at the Circulation desk.
